  3. We offer delivery to Bulgaria and Romania.
  4. We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery of in-stock products takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on workload. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  5. On-time delivery also depends on the courier’s schedule.
  6. It is possible that at the time of your order, some items may not be in stock with us or the manufacturer. All customers who have ordered such products will be notified of availability and the expected delivery time by phone or email. The delivery time for out-of-stock products is 1 to 2 weeks.
  7. All shipments we send are insured, with an inspection option. For the insurance to be valid, the customer must check the contents of the shipment upon receipt. www.domashnipotrebi.com is not liable for damaged shipments if the customer has refused to inspect them!
  8. You can pay for your order to the courier in cash or by card.

  10. If a customer refuses to accept a shipment, they must pay the cost of the courier service in both directions.

  3. Delivery of orders valued at less than 60.00 €/117.35 BGN and all orders to an address, regardless of their value, is determined by the courier’s current rates and depends on the volume and weight of the shipment.
